A Wider Pectrum Of Albion Online Data |
Perhaps those hardcore gamers should start to be a bit more open minded, stop for a second and thinking that nothing is set in stone and that the devs might be trying to test drastic changes to get to a wider spectrum of data. Lots of people whining right now seems complaining about flavour of the month weapons efficiency or drastic changes in the fame leveling and stuff that are not fair. Those people who study things out and find op and whine things get nerfed are opportunists that doesn't understand that the game needs balancing, and it doesn't take a week to build Rome.
1. Complain about weapons nerfs, now what's the problem? Can't they balance things out backwards until all weapons feel more consistent? They have all the reasons to keep nerfing equipment until they find a good balance, and ideally nothing feels OP. They could balance increasing stats as well, but they choose that way, I can't see the problem, that's just a psychological issue that doesn't have any solid ground.
2. Nothing is set in stones, and devs are still balancing things adopting a somewhat drammatic approach to reach a conclusion I would speculate, from the look of it looks like thy are adopting sort of sinus wave type of iterations, it starts with +10, then they go -10 see reactions and decide to cut in an half the range towards the side that makes more sense, if positive wins next step would be +8, then try -4, and so on, if the more positive Albion Online Silver iterations win, larger area covered by the positive side of the sinus (long fame progression for example wins), the end result will be oriented to let's say +4, you guys just need to grow some skin and do what you are supposed to do, test the game and keep in mind you are TESTING the game, and that you are going to LOSE ALL PROGRESS.
3. On top of this, this game is going to be another failure without the mass of casuals, so hardcore gamers should ideally stop whining about being selfish and requesting a tedious fame grind, otherwise they will be those few hundreds who are going to play, and the game will die as SI cannot sustain the cost, or introduce heavy pay to win elements.
4. As I have said in another thread, Be understanding, stop requesting the moon from the developers, this is a small indie company that can do so much in a week or a month, this is no blizzard or any other large studio with huge budget, they might even have a number of junior people who are not that quick or experienced, due to the budget. This is no a company in a small chinese town, india or south east asia, they are based in Germany, cost of life is quite high there, even a junior in house is costly, not mentioning those lead/senior who are in for good money. Those 2-3 million euro that would disappear in a nothing if they would hire all sort of Cheap Albion Online Gold veterans. I really feel like laughing when I hear people calculating their finances, like they know anything, some of you from your basement might feel like 2-3 million a lot of money, if you actually would knew what means hiring 10-20 full time people in germany or uk for a 1-2 years, you would think differently. It's just being first ignorant, then selfish. So please let's be patient.
